Piper’s Community

Membership

Due to our membership philosophy and financial structure, our community is financially sound. This single entity approach yields two benefits:

It saves members money on sales taxes. Dues and fees are exempt. All property taxes on common areas of the community, including all amenities, are divided equally by the number of residents and allocated to each member’s property taxes.

Piper's Landing Yacht & Country Club members join in a single class of resident membership. All members are full golf members and pay the same amount for refundable equity, non-refundable capital contribution and fees. Members are equally invested in supporting all of our amenities. Outside memberships are not offered and few clubs can claim this unique advantage.

The Piper's Community

New members often comment that one of the most important and intangible amenities at Piper’s Landing is our friendly people! We are a community where your neighbors truly are your friends.

There are also numerous physical activities to fill your days. If you prefer, borrow a book from our comfortable library and enjoy the solitude. Get together with friends for a game of bridge, let your dog run free at our Dog Park, go for a run on miles of paths or fish from one of our 29 ponds. Or relax in graceful style while our award-winning chef caters to your palate – at our spacious clubhouse or in the privacy of your own home. Your choices are plentiful!
