Piper’s Landing Yacht and Country Club is a gated community offering 24-hour security and emergency assistance when needed.

We provide:

• Security Patrols to the common areas
• Access Control
• Alarm Response
• Incident Response
• Respond to assist the Fire Department with emergencies 24/7
• Officers are trained in CPR, First Aid and use of an AED
• Courtesy services:
  • Vacant house checks
  • Unlocking residences for authorized personnel

The Security Department works closely with other Piper's Landing Departments, Law Enforcement and Fire Department to ensure that your experience at Piper's Landing Yacht & Country Club is First Class.
