When everyone else is ready to celebrate holiday festivities or enjoy an elegant meal, that’s when our Food and Beverage Director Claudio Gonzalez works the hardest, puts in the longest hours, and shines at his best.

Under Claudio’s direction, the Club has gained a reputation in the area for great food in a gorgeous setting and one of the friendliest wait staffs on the Treasure Coast. His concern for every guest and his business acumen have helped to raise the Club to more than $1 million in revenue each year since the renovations were completed.

Claudio, originally from Chile, came to the United States as a student several decades ago, and he has never stopped learning. He prides himself on having worked his way from busboy and waiter through bartender and dining room manager by paying attention to details and taking courses. Claudio has been a Member of the Club Managers Association of America for more than 10 years and holds a CAM license. He is proud to be a sommelier and is pursuing certification as a General Manager.

Part of the Piper’s Landing family since 2016 and now a proud American citizen, Claudio places great value on family. He and his wife live in Palm Beach Gardens and feel a great closeness to their two grown children.
